Store credit reflects the value returned to your account following an order cancellation, ready to be applied toward your next selection from our collection.

Should your order be cancelled in full — whether the item does not meet our quality standards or cannot be fulfilled through our stores or warehouse — store credit will be issued to your account, matching the amount paid. Store credit remains valid for six months and may be applied to any online purchase.

Store credit is added within 24 hours of your order being confirmed as fully cancelled.
