Product Care

We believe in the beauty of longevity. Everbest pieces are crafted from premium materials selected for how they look, how they feel, and how they endure. By practicing a few simple, attentive care habits, you ensure your footwear, bags, and accessories retain their refined character through every season.

INSTRUCTION CARE FOR LEATHER

Designed to look polished and reliable, our leather pieces gradually soften with each wear, developing a unique character that reflects your own story.

Care guide

  • Daily Cleaning: Wipe regularly with a soft, dry cloth to remove surface dust. When soiled, use a slightly damp cloth (wrung out thoroughly until not dripping) to gently wipe the surface.
  • Moisture & Oil Control: Keep leather away from moisture, water, and oil. If it gets wet, blot the liquid immediately with a clean, dry cloth and let it air dry naturally in a cool place.
  • Protection: Avoid heavy abrasion, rough surfaces, and contact with sharp objects to prevent permanent scratches.
  • Storage & Reshaping: To maintain the structural integrity of your item, stuff it generously with tissue paper. Store inside a breathable dust bag in a cool, dry place away from humid environments and direct sunlight.
INSTRUCTION CARE FOR PATENT LEATHER

Patent leather is celebrated for its high-gloss, reflective surfaces that catches the light beautifully. While sleek, polished, and water-resistant, its sealed coating requires specific care to prevent colour transfer, cracking, and cloudiness.

Care guide

  • Daily Cleaning: Wipe with a soft, damp cloth to remove dust. For stubborn spots, use a touch of mild soapy water and dry immediately with a soft cloth.
  • Maintain Shine: To restore its mirror-like shine, wipe gently with a dedicated patent leather conditioner. A tiny amount of petroleum jelly (Vaseline) can also be applied thinly to prevent coating from cracking.
  • Prevent Colour Transfer & Sticking: Patent leather easily absorbs dyes from darker materials (e.g raw denim) and can melt or stick to adjacent surfaces in warm conditions. Always wrap pieces individually in thin wrapping paper (tissue paper) or place them in separate dust bags. Never let two patent surfaces touch directly during storage.
  • Storage: Keep the item structured by stuffing it with tissue paper. Store flat without folding to prevent irreversible creases or cracks, and keep away from direct sunlight or high temperatures to avoid yellowing.
  • Scratch Treatment: For minor surface scuffs, gently massage a cotton swab with a tiny drop of olive oil or petroleum jelly over the area in circular motions to minimise its appearance. Deep scratches or tears require professional leather repair.
INSTRUCTION CARE FOR SUEEDE & NUBUCK

Suede and nubuck share a soft, velvety nap that feels warm and rich to the touch. Suede is lighter and more flexible, while nubuck is slightly more durable – both bringing a unique depth and texture. Due to their delicate and highly absorbent nature, they require attentive care.

Care guide

  • Prevention: Spray your items thoroughly with our Premium Protector before the first wear, and reapply periodically to guard against water and oil stains.
  • Daily Maintenance: Use a suede brush to keep the texture clean. Use the rubber or soft bristle side for daily dusting, brushing it in the direction of the nap. To lift flattened fibres and restore the velvety texture, gently brush against the grain using the stiff or bristle side.
  • Water Exposure: Keep away from water and oil. If the material gets wet, do not use a hair dryer or place it near a heater, as heat will cause it to stiffen and crack. Blot the moisture with a clean cloth, stuff with tissue paper to retain its shape, and let it air dry naturally in a cool, well-ventilated area.
  • Stain Removal:
  1. Light Smudges: Use a suede eraser to gently rub away dry stains. Brush the nap afterward to smooth out the texture.
  2. Oil Stains: For stubborn stains, seek professional leather cleaning.
  • Storage: Clean thoroughly before storing. Store in a cool, dry place inside a breathable dust bag (avoid sealed plastic bags). Include a silica gel desiccant packet to prevent mould.
INSTRUCTION CARE FOR METALIC LEATHER

Metallic leather features a shimmering, light-catching finish created through a lustrous coating over leather. It carries both structure and softness of leather beneath its radiant surface.

Care guide

  • Daily Cleaning: Wipe gently with a clean soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or wet wipes that may strip the metallic coating.
  • Protection: Avoid contact with rough, abrasive surfaces and sharp objects, as scratches to the metallic film are irreversible.
  • Storage: Store in a dust bag away from direct heat, high humidity, and direct sunlight.
INSTRUCTION CARE FOR DENIM & FABRIC

Soft and expressive, our denim and fabric pieces are designed to be enjoyed with attentive care. Crafted from carefully chosen textiles, they bring a uniquely relaxed, versatile layer to your style.

Care guide

  • Daily Maintenance: Handle with care and keep away from sharp objects to avoid snagging. Regularly remove surface dust with a soft cloth or a soft-bristled brush.
  • Spot Cleaning: To maintain the shape and colour of your fabric items, avoid frequent washing. For small spots and dirt, gently wipe the area with a soft cloth dampened with water and blot dry.
  • Denim Colour Transfer: Dark or raw denim fabric possess natural indigo dyes that may rub off during wear. Avoid friction against light-coloured clothing to prevent colour staining.
  • Storage: Insert the item generously with tissue paper to prevent wrinkling or collapsing. Store in a dust bag with desiccant packet to prevent moisture build up.
INSTRUCTION CARE FOR EMBELLISHED DESIGN

Delicate in nature, they are meant to be handled with care. Each adornment is carefully set to add a subtle sparkle to your piece.

Care guide

  • Handling: Treat with extra gentleness. Avoid knocking, dropping, or scrapping the item against hard or rough surfaces to prevent the stones from shattering or dislodging.
  • Cleaning: Wipe carefully around and over the decorative details using a clean soft, dry cloth. Avoid using liquid cleaners.
  • Chemical Avoidance: Keep strictly away from the water, perfumes, hairsprays, and harsh chemical products that can degrade the adhesive or tarnish the settings.
  • Storage: Store separately in a dust bag or compartment to prevent the embellishments from scratching other items or catching on fabrics.
